How this page is kept honest
- No reference, no row. Every entry cites a Stripe charge, a Lemon Squeezy order, an App Store Connect report line or a Twitch payout id.
- Net means net. Merchant, marketplace and merchant-of-record fees are subtracted before anything is counted.
- Refunds are negative rows against the original reference, not deletions. Nothing leaves this table once it has been in it.
- Two clocks. Accrued counts the sale; banked counts money that has actually landed in a bank account. Only banked money counts toward payoff.
- Avoided cost is not revenue. Cloud bills we did not pay are tracked in a separate file and never appear here.
