Refund Policy
Effective 8 September 2026. Ultrabench · ultrabench.dev
Ask and you get your money back. You do not have to explain, and you do not have to file a chargeback to be taken seriously.
Pre-orders
Cancel any time before the thing is delivered and you get 100% back. If we miss a delivery promise stated on the product page — for the guide, v1 within 14 days of the machine's arrival with a hard backstop of 2026-12-31 — we refund you without waiting to be asked.
Guides, datasets and direct downloads
30 days from delivery, full refund, no questions, and you keep the files. We would rather you had the numbers than the argument.
Benchmark runs and batch jobs
- The run failed or missed its stated turnaround: automatic full refund, no request needed.
- You think the result is wrong: we rerun it free with your corrections. If you are still not satisfied, full refund.
- You changed your mind before the run started: full refund.
- The run completed as specified and you simply did not like the numbers: that one we will not refund — the measurement is the product, and it has to be allowed to say something you did not want to hear.
App Store apps
Apple handles refunds for anything bought through the App Store; request it at reportaproblem.apple.com, because we cannot process those ourselves. For apps sold direct, the 30-day rule above applies.
Subscriptions
The newsletter is free. If we ever charge for anything recurring, cancelling stops the next charge, and we refund the current period on request.
How to get one
Mail support@ultrabench.dev with the order reference from your receipt. We start the refund within two business days; the money reaches your original payment method on the processor's schedule, typically 5–10 business days. Consumer purchases are refunded by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; invoiced work by us through Stripe.
Statutory rights come on top of this policy and are never reduced by it: EU and UK consumers keep their withdrawal rights, and nothing here waives a right your local law gives you.
